Fair launch. No VC. No pre-sale for "strategic partners" who are actually their friends with SAFT agreements. No team allocation disguised as "ecosystem fund." The token launched. That's Phase 0. Most projects don't survive it.
Organic growth through content that's actually good. Community members who create because they want to — not because there's a meme contest with a $50 prize and twelve bots competing. The $LATE identity spreads because it's embarrassingly recognizable. That's the only growth strategy that works long-term.
Listings happen or they don't. We don't pay for them. Visibility expands through the quality of community and content. The Late Collective becomes something people reference without needing context. That's the goal. Not a price target. A cultural one. Those last longer.
Any project claiming to know what Phase 3 looks like is either lying or hallucinating. We're choosing honesty over comfort. Phase 3 is whatever the community builds. We'll show up. The question, as always, is whether you'll show up on time.
"We could have invented
a DeFi protocol nobody uses.
We chose honesty instead."
Most roadmaps are marketing documents. Ours is a statement of intent. The intent is to build something real, stay honest about what we don't know, and not abandon the community when it's inconvenient. That's the whole plan.
